3rd Party eCommerce- Associate Channel Manager

Location:  Portland, OR 

Opportunity

The 3rd Party Associate Channel Manager will plan, implement, and drive a growth-focused digital roadmap and execution of category sales and site merchandising on 3rd Party eCommerce sites featuring Ann Sacks product. The position is responsible for the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve sales goals, improving user experience, increasing website traffic, and developing brand awareness. This would involve managing the development, coordination, and implementation of merchandising, marketing plans, strategies, promotions, and programs. Will have Financial Planning & Forecasting ownership.

This person should be a team player, willing and able to uphold the brand vision while providing data-driven recommendations for digital strategies and tactics. Highly analytical and solutions-oriented, the 3rd Party eCommerce - Associate Channel Manager must be confident, able to supervise complex projects simultaneously and drive continuous improvement within the digital marketplace.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Plan, forecast (monthly) and implement marketing programs and promotions for the 3rd party eCommerce business - special promotions, buying opportunities, rebate programs, shipping programs, new categories.
  • Working with commerce partners as a daily point of contact, managing site merchandising and ensuring the experience is on brand.
  • Work closely with merchandising team to optimize online content on each eTailer site.
  • Recommend revision to existing or new products and programs.
    • Understand competition's assortment, pricing, promotions, etc.
  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities within the channel.
  • Engage leadership with status reporting and business analysis of the channel.
  • Leverage analytics to identify customer needs and business opportunities within the channel. Focus on Continuous improvement of website, where to test & target opportunity, building a road map of improvement.
  • Develop Strategy under supervision of Director of Marketing to execute business objectives and overall site metric goals of the channel.
  • Be a leader in cross functional alignment and collaboration, exceeding expectations in communication on project updates as well as guiding projects with business units to support the website sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrate Ownership in following competencies: Leadership, Driving Continuous Improvement, High Standards of Performance, Teamwork, Communication, Focus on Consumer/Voice of Consumer.
  • Partner with agile production teams as a stakeholder, creating measurable expectations.
  • Manage & deliver reporting on site performance & actions or next steps taken from data. 

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Or Bachelor's degree with recent career focus on eCommerce Merchandising & Marketing. 
  • Previous Experience in eCommerce, with some level of platform knowledge.
  • 2 to 4 years of prior experience in eCommerce Merchandising & Digital Marketing desired.
  • Experience in Financial Forecasting/Planning as well as Web Analytics tools.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel.

Travel

  • Less than 10%.
