Better starts and ends with the customer

We'll be looking to you to play an integral role in the Western Union Sales Organization. You will work face-to-face with our agents and customers to drive sales and maintain Western Union's place as the premier leader in the money transfer business. You will be adept at identifying and closing opportunities through leveraging Western Union's diverse product range and capabilities as well as have a strong ability to close opportunities through your ability to make a lasting impression and build partnerships.

For such an important role, you will have 3 or more years of client-facing sales experience in a bilingual (Spanish/English) environment, ideally within the money transfer space. We'll look to you to be self-motivated, self-assured, and show a high of integrity and tenacity to do your very best. You'll make regular contact with current and potential clients, collaborating and establishing long term relationships with them within a defined territory. The role requires a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation in the form of a personal vehicle, due to the requirements of this role.

Annual base salary gross: 50,412.00 to 84,020.00 + commission USD/year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
