The Account Mgr, Government Solutions is responsible for the day to day oversight, maintenance and organization of assigned contract programs, ensuring Accolade commitments are met on time at a level of quality consistant with our company's value proposition. The Account Mgr, Government Solutions will maintain customer stakeholder relationships and be expected to represent decisions on behalf of the Government Solutions leadership team. The Account Mgr, Government Solutions requires strong organization skills, creative problem solving, excellent communication skills and the consistent application of discretion and good judgment. This role is critical to the execution and fulfillment of existing contractual obligations.

A day in the life...

Oversee daily cadience supporting the planning and execution of critical activities associated with partner and pilot projects

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate metrics
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the customer stakeholders

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with customer stakeholders and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Support and inform Government Solutions product and service solution strategy

  • Coordinate with GS Solution manager to incorporate new product features and capabilities into existing projects when applicable.
  • Support GS business operations and insight resources to quantify value found in each project and how it relates to follow on goals
  • Liaise with benefit carriers charged with the execution of TRICARE policy to enable consistency and standardization across the beneficiary service delivery when applicable.
  • Share observations and derive recommendations that will support GS service operation's ability to remediate known issues and standardize delivery across beneficiary populations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external health plan partner business processes.

What we are looking for...

  • Government Security Clearance required/obtained
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or equivalent work experience
