Description
The Global Esports team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide executive level support and calendar management for selected leaders on the team. You'll be at the heart of the team business operations and activities, the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your leaders and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing landscape and are up to date with the latest games and products. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of internal/external contacts and across job functions. The role requires an experienced, detail orientated task master, with a black belt in proactive communication, and will help create a product group ethos in which the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Simplifies and optimizes the lives of our busiest leaders, finding creative solutions to whatever, whenever. Weaves a complex web of international and local schedules, itineraries, travel documents and meetings that snares any blockers and connects individuals and teams. Balances time demands by negotiating team calendars with ninja-like grace.
