We will count on you to:

• Leverage data analysis and advanced statistical techniques, to develop insights for business solutions
• Use data visualization to clearly communicate findings and contribute to the product team's milestones
• Explore and implement data management solutions for structured and unstructured data
• Leverage external and internal data sources
• Complete activities needed for creating new products/solutions as well as the evolution of existing ones
• Collaborate with cross functional teams as needed with little supervision
• Assist in the acquisition and evaluation of new external and internal data sources

What you need to have:

• Proven experience using quantitative research methods and advanced statistical modeling
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytics-heavy field - Economics, Mathematics, Neuroscience, Data Science, Quantitative Research
• Solid understanding of concepts from statistics (multi-variate regressions, logistic regressions, factor analysis, random forest models etc.)
• Experience in leveraging data to generate insights with the appropriate statistical tools (SAS, SPSS, R, Python)
• Proficient in coding languages: Python, R, and SQL
• Comfortable with working with structured and unstructured data, as well as the databases that support them
• Experience with visualization libraries and/or dashboard BI tools etc. Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, R-Shiny, with a wiliness to learn as needed
• Experience with BI dashboard development and implementation
• Proven experience working with a team using data analytics and advanced statistical modeling to drive product development and client engagement
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills focused on product development and solving business problems
• A team player that thrives in a collaborative environment

The National US average range for this role is 54,700.00 - 82,100.00 USD Annual. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications & education. We do not anticipate candidates hired into this role would immediately earn a salary at or near the top end of the range however, such a decision will be dependent on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,800 to $86,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
