Reputable insurance company in search of an agency manager to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with agency director to implement and execute strategic initiatives for growth

- Foster agency relationships and help increase profitability

- Contribute to the achievement of monthly growth

- Travel to various clients and attend sales meetings

Requirements:

- Must have a current Insurance License - medicare a plus

- Previous insurance industry experience and knowledge of industry standards and practices

- Experience in sales or client relations

- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

- Associates degree requried, bachelor's degree preferred
