Overview

Oldcastle APG is looking for an Agile Program Manager who will be responsible for the IT project management, delivery and change management for Oldcastle's recent acquisition of Barrette Outdoor Living. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of key IT workstreams.

Job Summary

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all assigned IT projects
  • Lead projects for the IT component of the BOL integration in partnership with the HR, Finance, Supply Chain teams, as well as our stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Leadership
  • Gather and compile information regarding scope, timeline, tasks, and dependencies and develop detailed project plans using project management tools/software
  • Plan, coordinate and execute IT projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies across all workstreams
  • Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear and tasks are assigned correctly

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day project management activities for several active integration projects within IT
  • Apply project management methodologies to deploy IT systems and programs; manage the process of requirements gathering; identifying and resolving risks, issues, and barriers in project execution
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, balancing multiple goals
  • Gather and compile information regarding scope, timeline, tasks, and dependencies and develop detailed project plans using project management tools/software
  • Coordinate and collaborate with all team members across multiple global locations to plan, execute and keep on track projects of all sizes, managing multiple projects at a time
  • Lead teams of subject matter experts in HR, IT, Finance, Operations and other disciplines in core team meetings and deliverables, while having no direct management ownership for the team members
  • Advise on stakeholder analysis, change management plans and execution, and work closely with leadership on roadmaps
  • Engage appropriate resources and partner teams to define/implement change management strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology or a related field
  • Strong communication, planning, critical thinking, and organizing skills required
  • Must be able to analyze data, solve problems, make decisions, remain open minded to alternative thinking and solutions and continuously improve
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers. High EQ/low ego
  • Collaborative in driving decisions
  • Must have very strong overall experience either with SAP, Oracle, Infor M3, SuccessFactors or other major ERP System
  • 8+ years agile project management experience
  • Proficient in JIRA a plus
