Our client is seeking an Agile Scrum Master - Lead to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation of Scrum methodologies across multiple squads, contributing to the delivery of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption
- Plan Scrum implementations within the organization
- Help employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
- Recommend changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum Team
- Ensure the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
- Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
- Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. They will be a team player, with excellent communication and coaching skills, and a passion for driving productivity and efficiency within a team.
