Job Description Summary:
Regulatory Incident Reporting Analyst will be a member of the Global Entity Management Organization reporting to the RIPT leader

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of compliance program; including, but not limited to assessment of regulatory obligations, conducting testing and monitoring, and executing regulatory reports
  • Provide oversight and development of controls, polices and standard operating procedures, including understanding obligations and developing operational procedures for each jurisdiction that is within the scope of RIPT reporting
  • Manage procedural changes needed as obligations change and processes mature
  • Monitor incident queues and triage related data to identify and assess potentially reportable incidents
  • Document incidents analysis and metrics
  • Drive data gathering, drafting and approval processes in a timely manner to meet Service Agreements
  • Lead engagement with Legal and Risk and Compliance Officers, as well as Cybersecurity and Technology experts, to determine reporting action and content
  • Document incident details in required jurisdictional formats and with all required content to meet regulatory obligations
  • Maintain compliance program through providing guidance to Regulatory Relationships Owners relating to the execution of reporting controls to meet obligations

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Desirable:
  • Hands on experience with regulatory projects (gap assessments, planning and implementation)
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience with business administration and/or business law
  • Subject matter knowledge across multiple PayPal functional areas / disciplines
