Due to growth and demand for our services, we are in need of hiring for a Analytics Manager that possesses strong experience with Python and leading a team

What You Will Be Doing -Directly interact with outside clients to specify the purpose of requests, explain the findings, and use their input to inform your analysis and decision-making.
- Oversee a group of data analysts who use statistical techniques and company data to offer insights.
- Create dashboards and reports for both internal and external use.
- Create repeatable procedures for delivering products to internal and external customers.
- Provide the team with guidance and mentoring regarding how to communicate data, analysis, and the conclusions drawn from them.
- Create effective data reporting structures in collaboration with the data architects.
- Share analytics results with internal and external clients.
- Work with the company to order the tasks expected of the team.
- Provide the team with career guidance and goal-setting assistance.
- Report the work's status and metrics to higher management.
- Monitor extract, transform and load routines to ensure data resources are available for analysis.
- Help the team conducting its research.
- Provide forecasts for clients
- Oversee the daily tasks and outputs of the analytics team. Share tasks among team members and keep an eye on their resources.
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Masters or higher degree preferred.
- 5 + years of experience in a position working with and drawing insights from data.
- 2 + years of experience leading a team.
- Expertise with contemporary programming languages like Python and R. strong Excel proficiency.
- Understand metrics, data collection, and sampling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, and data organization. Desired: Knowledge of contemporary databases.
- Ability to communicate quantitative analysis in a clear and concise manner (written and spoken).
- Ability to convert analytics into actions.
- A thorough understanding of data science and traditional statistical techniques. Knowledge of machine learning desired.
- Effective statistical engineering abilities (design of reports and dashboards, visualization, and processes).
- Project management skills are highly desirable.
