The University of Virginia School of Law seeks candidates for a small number of assistant or associate (entry-level) faculty positions beginning in August 2023. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or foreign equivalent degree strongly preferred. In exceptional cases, a terminal degree in the applicant's field (e.g., a Ph.D.) will be considered. Rank and compensation subject to individual qualifications and experience. Distinguished academic and professional background and superior scholarly promise expected. Curriculum needs varied.
