The University of North Florida is inviting applicants for a 9-month, tenure-track faculty line to engage in teaching, research and service within the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program. Teaching needs exist in the area of orthopedics/musculoskeletal care, inpatient care, integument, and pelvic health. The position will have primary responsibility in the entry level DPT professional program. Responsibilities for this faculty position, beyond teaching in the applicant's areas of expertise, include advising students, participating in department/college/university governance and maintaining a productive scholarly agenda. The Brooks College of Health has six Departments plus a School of Nursing, offering opportunities for collaboration. UNF also values collaboration with Departments outside of the Brooks College of Health. Opportunities for community-engaged service and research are supported by UNF's Center for Community Based Learning. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students and other stakeholders.Job Function:
