Applicants must be able to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in most of the standard computer science core subjects. We welcome applicants in all areas of specialization, but especially encourage candidates with research interests in cybersecurity, and human-computer interaction. Candidates should demonstrate experience in teaching, mentoring, research, or community service that has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate a record of scholarly activity. Candidate's accomplishments should be commensurate with their professional level.RESPONSIBILITIES:*Develop innovative technologies to generate profits for the businesses they work for*Assist in generating real-time data*Contribute in technology up gradation*Provide proper support in scientific research and management of the same*Devise and develop strategies for data acquisition*Engage with a diverse student body. This diversity includes ethnicity, country of origin, educational background - many are the first in their family to attend college, and age, to name a few.*2. Teach a wide range of computer science courses including most or all of the core subject matter at both the undergraduate and graduate level.*3. Support offerings for undergraduate C.S. students including teaching courses, developing the undergraduate curriculum, and engaging undergraduate students in research.*4. Support offerings for graduate C.S. students including teaching courses, guiding M.S. theses and projects, managing the graduate capstone course.*5. Advise Computer Science students.*6. Participate in departmental activities such as curriculum development, assessment, outreach, etc.*7. Develop and continue ongoing research activities, service, and leadership.*each beginning and advanced courses in information systems, and participate in curriculum development for the Computer Information Systems major;*Develop and teach of online courses;*Advise majors;*Participate on departmental and university committees;*Engage in scholarly activity as prescribed by departmental and university guidelines;*Possess the knowledge, talents and skills in the discipline to promote effective teaching;*Demonstrate respect for the diverse learning needs of students;*Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement curriculum objectives and course content;*Demand and maintain high standards and expectations for all students;*Implement teaching activities and a diversity of teaching techniques, procedures, and resources including application of technology;*Develop and implement evaluation and assessment techniques that are appropriate for each course;*Use multiple measures to assess student learning on a regular basis and provide frequent feedback to students relative to their performance;*Be available and knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency in the practice of academic advisement of students;*Conduct appropriate research and scholarly or creative activity within the discipline;*Demonstrate the ability to interact in an effective and appropriate manner with a diverse population, including but not limited to women, minorities, and veterans.
