Position Summary

The Masters of Science in Healthcare Management program, Eli Broad College of Business, Michigan State University invites applicants for a pool of qualified fixed-term instructors to provide instruction.

There is a current need for part-time instruction the number of courses, in epidemiology or healthcare compliance, but not limited to. Instructional needs may vary by semester, depending on the needs of the program. It is possibility that no position will be needed in some semesters. Renewal may be possible based on program teaching needs, funding, and performance. Salary and terms are negotiable depending on experience and rank.

All courses in the MS in Healthcare Management are two-credits taught online over a five week module. There are no research requirements for this position. This position will start on January 1, 2022.

Doctorate

Minimum Requirements

Ph.D. or Juris Doctor for Assistant Professor or Associate Professor Rank or Professor Rank. Depending on years of professional experience and years of teaching experience.

Masters degree for Instructor; Bachelor's degree for Assistant Instructor

Degree earned by the date of hire. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in teaching online courses.

Desired Qualifications

Prior online teaching experience on D2L.
