Description:
The Business Administrator develops and supports effective, comprehensive information management critical to analytical and business support for the designated Regional Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. Responsible for operational reporting, budgetary/financial reporting and financial pro-forma development in collaboration with finance and process improvement activities within the division. The Business Administrator organizes services to achieve organizational goals. Responsible for achieving a level of shared operational excellence across designated clinical programs by bringing together the resources necessary to continuously improve the delivery of services consistent with Loyola University Health System's standards for patient care, customer service and regulatory compliance.
Education:
Required: Bachelors Degree
Preferred: Masters Degree
Specify Degree(s): Business management, business administration or other related field
Experience:
Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt. EPIC Optime certification
