The Business Analyst, working within a team of other analysts, EHR application analysts, report writers, and database administrators, provides project management and business analysis on a range of projects that include Information Systems and Operational projects.

The Business Analyst provides business analysis focused on developing or enhancing workflows, analyzing data requirements and dataflows, managing deliverables for projects, and analyzing use of data for performance improvement.

The Business Analyst may develop technical solutions using a Application Development tool to meet specific operational data collection needs.

The Business Analyst at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Must have 3 years' experience as an Analyst or in an analytical role.
  • Must have a 1+ years' experience with project management and documenting in project management software systems.
  • Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and
  • Must understand working within the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
**NOTICE**
  • In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.
