The Business Data Analyst will be a critical member of our Partnerships and Reach Marketing Analytics team. You will support data analysis and reporting efforts to inform our current and future partnerships (e.g. ESPN, Bleacher Report). You will enable teams across our targeted partnerships team to make smarter, better, and faster decisions through cross-functional collaboration and inventive metrics building. What you'll do as a Business Data Analyst:

• Develop data analyses and reports to measure and inform our marketing partnerships strategy and guide business decisions for future partnerships.
  
• Develop Tableau dashboards to track marketing spend and performance.
  
• Perform deep dive insight analysis to discover partnership successes and opportunities to optimize investment.
  
• Build business cases to guide investment and allocation of resources for the targeted partnerships team.
  
• Design A/B and multivariate tests to identify the best-performing creatives and messages.
  
• Proactively generate new ideas, build business cases, and measure results to help DraftKings Marketing Analytics stay best-in-class.
  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
  
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and R, Python, or other statistical programming languages.
  
• Proficiency in Tableau, or similar data visualization tools like Looker or Periscope Data.
  
• Experience with inferential statistics and predictive modeling.
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
