RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Business Systems Analyst in Orlando, Florida (FL).Responsibilities include:

• A Business Systems Analyst will review newly assigned requests
• Connect with stakeholders and gather relevant requirements
• The Business Systems Analyst will create formal requirements document and obtain required approvals
• Design and develop a solution meeting all requirements.
• Conduct internal testing and create technical design documentation
• The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with QA team to kick off QA Testing
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to kick off UAT Testing
• A Business Systems Analyst will promote new solutions to our live environment
• Assist with post promotion troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
• Programming and coding experience
• Business analysis and healthcare experience
• Workflow Configuration
• SQL Query
• Comfort being introduced to new and unfamiliar challenges and software
• Comfort conducting thorough research to design solutions
• Comfort investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with limited assistance
• Learning new software at a healthy pace
