Interventional Urology - NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. As part of the Teleflex Interventional Urology business unit, NeoTract's focus is on improving the standard of care for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) using the UroLift® System, a minimally invasive, permanent implant system that treats symptoms while preserving sexual function*1,2. The UroLift System is clinically proven to treat lower urinary tract symptoms due to BPH in men over the age of 45. The UroLift System lifts or holds the enlarged prostate tissue out of the way so it no longer blocks the urethra. There is no cutting, heating or removal of prostate tissue.   • Indicated for the treatment of symptoms of an enlarged prostate up to 100cc in men 45 years or older. As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. Most common side effects are temporary and include pain or burning with urination, blood in the urine, pelvic pain, urgent need to urinate and/or the inability to control the urge.1 Rare side effects, including bleeding and infection, may lead to a serious outcome and may require intervention.     Position Summary

    The Commercial Enablement Specialist is a professional who optimizes every touchpoint within the customer journey, for both internal and external IUBU customers. The individual executes on strategies and tactics required to support interactions within all commercial operations and focuses on both the physical and digital interactions each sales colleague and customer has within IUBU. As an integral member of the Commercial Enablement team, this position ensures best-in-class service for our customers, sales organization, and all key stakeholders through the removal of barriers to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness. The position requires a proactive, can-do attitude, exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, and excellent interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in ruthless prioritization, and deliver effective change management. Success will be measured by improvement in KPIs related to back-office functions and employee engagement survey results.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Engage and align with various functional stakeholders to define direction of continuous improvement across processes and platforms that impact internal and external customer experience
    • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, and cross-functionally to identify, deploy, and standardize systems and processes to ensure back-office functions are optimized
    • Partner with Customer Service and Teleflex Shared Services to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time, and communicate key updates to stakeholders in real time
    • Partner with Pricing and Contracts and Teleflex Contracting Services to ensure appropriate prioritization and execution of agreements, new account set-up, and proactively certify pricing is loaded accurately
    • Work directly with IUBU customers to handle any issues with delayed orders, credit to cash, and pricing and contracts
    • Liaise with AR team to facilitate appropriate communication and partnership around account settlements, payment plans, and terms
    • Assist with and/or lead aspects of newly created Blue Ocean initiatives and key commercial projects, ensuring IUBU removes barriers to get work done.
    • Serve as CRM champion, will work closely with sales reps and managers to drive adoption of commercial systems and processes and embed best practices
    • Serve as a liaison between sales, commercial operations, and other cross-functional teams
    • Gather and relay feedback to continuously improve upon commercial enablement strategy and priorities
    • Use data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team and develop and execute training content in partnership with Sales Training
    • Drive process improvements for commercial excellence
    • Provide ongoing, frequent updates on key initiatives and KPIs to Sales, Sales Leadership, and Commercial Enablement Director
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement optimal operational strategies including sales optimization and value-added sales management tools
    • Exceed metrics related to functional goals, performance standards, and operational priorities
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Education / Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in inside sales, B2B sales, medical device sales, sales enablement, or customer experience roles strongly preferred. Logistics or operational experience a plus.
    • Hands-on experience interacting with sales teams, customers, and cross-functional leaders
    • Life sciences and/or medical device industry experience strongly preferred

    Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

    • Ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions, different perspectives, and different styles of leadership
    • Effectively work across organizational boundaries to collaborate with appropriate business partners in achieving mutual goals
    • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, and solution-oriented
    • Demonstrated experience of having a positive impact on business outcomes
    • Deep knowledge of the customer/buyer's journey
    • Exceptional communication and time management skills
    • Strong proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Technologically savvy with a mastery of CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
    • Proven track record of addressing barriers, bottlenecks, and concerns with the ability to evaluate and set priorities.
    • Knowledge of selling medical products or services to physicians and other health care providers and distributors.
    • Ability to travel up to 30%, with overnight stays, may be required
    • Remote position, living within assigned Sales Area required
