What You Will Be Doing As a Construction Project Manager you will be managing multiple projects at a time, from pre-construction until the final punch list is signed off. You will measure, monitor, and report progress to ensure the project is completed on time and you will be scheduling, supervising, and monitoring the performance of all subcontractors. In this role, you must know how to prioritize and work under time constraints to meet said deadlines and you must communicate with clients, designers, architects, and neighbors about the project.
