Based in beautiful Columbus, Ohio, we are looking to hire a Superintendent who will work collaboratively with our construction, field, and procurement teams. As a leading real estate company with construction, management and investment opportunities in multifamily, student housing, and active 55+ living, our goal is to continue to grow as developers, builders and operators and create a place where only the best choose to work.
What You Will Be Doing - Support and assist the field construction team
- Coordinate and oversee all work and trades on site
- Reviewing schedule and budget
- Following project timeline to ensure all deadlines are met
- Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance is in tact
- Maintaining records such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or relevant work experience is preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a superintendent in a multifamily setting (ground up, wood frame and/or podium)
- Microsoft proficient
- Proficient with CAE and CAD applications
- Procore experience
- OSHA 30 Hour
