They are expected to contribute to the execution of the enrollment management strategy as our team seeks to continuously improve the caliber and diversity of students in our programs. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal, organizational, collaborative, and analytical skills.Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Assists in targeting and recruiting prospective students whose profiles align with the current and anticipated talent profiles sought by hiring organizations
  • Conducts admissions consultations and interviews to evaluate candidate fit and advise on the admissions process, curriculum, basic financial aid process, scholarship opportunities, and general career services information
  • Fosters and demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion to cultivate a community of respect and belonging
  • Delivers candidate-focused, high-touch service and support to prospective students
  • Leads the Student Ambassador Program, collaborating with current MBA students across programs to leverage their MBA experience in the enrollment process
  • Manages the student/alumni referral programs to maximize referrals
  • Utilizes customer relationship management (CRM) system (Slate) to input accurate information and leverage data to engage qualified leads
  • Travel to Winston-Salem and in/around Charlotte as required

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree
