Design & Quality Engineer *Job Title:* Design & Quality Engineer - NPD
*Location:* On-site/Puyallup, WA
*Salary:* $75k-$110k
*Requirements:* AutoCAD proficiency, Autodesk Inventor experience, at least 3+ years in New Product Development

We have spent over 40 years specializing in industrial applications that support a variety of industries, including automotive, construction, utility, mining, agriculture, and marine equipment. We repair and provide remanufactured, aftermarket, and OEM hydraulic units and components. Due to company growth, we are looking for a NPD professional that will compliment their workload with some quality functions. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years planning, executing, and following up on full or partial reverse engineering projects.

What You Will Be Doing - 3D scanning
- Physical measuring of components
- Tolerance analysis
- GD&T determinations
- Creation/Issuing of 2D drawings & solid models
- Resolve vendor NCMs (nonconforming materials)
- CARs & SCARs

Essentially, the NPD Engineer will play a vital role in the development and manufacturing of goods by ensuring products meet quality standards.
What You Need for this Position *Education:*
Engineering degree in any of the following majors:
- Mechanical
- Mechatronics
- Industrial & Operations
- Manufacturing

*Experience in:*
- 3D Scanning
- 2D Drawings
- GD&T
- Tolerance Analysis
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Inventor
