Description:
Interested in working in a Tier 1 Desktop Support role? Our client is currently seeking an on-site Desktop Support Specialist based out of the Greater Philadelphia Area.
Responsibilities:
•You will provide entry and intermediate technical support for end users in a face-to-face environment which could include issues with both hardware and software
•Facilitate escalation of any ticket which requires next level support (ex: Product Owners, Engineering Teams, etc.)
•Document all knowledge bases opportunities for the department as well as ensure accuracy of the knowledge base
•Complies with IT policies and procedures especially those for quality and productivity standards that enable the team to meet established client service levels. Complies with information security policies and procedures. Verifies deliverables meet information security requirements
Qualifications:
•An undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience
•Two years of desktop support experience
•Strong customer service skills
•Knowledge of the following desktop support practices: Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Mac OS, basic network security, Lotus Notes, Outlook, and Exchange
Requirements:
•Weekdays M-F 7:45am-4:15pm
•Valid driver's license
•Authorized to work in U.S
