As a Development Manager, you Lead all aspects of urgent care openings for a rolling portfolio of 10-15 hospitals. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to open hospitals on an aggressive timeline and successfully transition to the hospital leadership team.

To be successful in role, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, maintain a positive attitude and manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.

This role requires regular on-site visits to various markets across the US and highly effective and engaging communication skills.

What you'll do:

  • Lead all aspects of Urgent Care openings for a rolling portfolio of 10-15 hospitals (excluding personnel staffing and training)
  • Operational oversight of architectural planning and review
  • Manage operational components associated with construction buildout
  • Partner with procurement for medical equipment & supplies, furniture and inventory ordering
  • Review and approve interior and exterior signage plans
  • Coordinate with Marketing on artwork and the incorporation of other brand elements
  • Partner with IT to plan the installation of servers, broadband, low voltage cabling, hardware and security infrastructure.
  • Visit hospitals in development to ensure the accuracy and completeness of buildout
  • Hand keys over to hospital leadership team on agreed upon schedule

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of retail development experience
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment able to manage changing circumstances and priorities and can adapt quickly when facing new problems.
  • Effective problem solver and sound decision maker; proactive approach to all tasks and projects and shows initiative to drive results.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel to locations across the US for on-site support up to 30% of the time.

Position Location

This position can work remotely, but regular travel will be required
