WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Director, Global Sales Process and Tools for North America is an essential part of Tealium's global Revenue Operations team reporting to the SVP, Revenue Operations. This leader will be responsible for the process, tools, strategy and roadmap. You will own the sales technology stack that fuels our go-to-market organization. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting and Marketing leadership to identify, develop, and execute optimization in support of the best-in-class technology stack.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

    • Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of the sales/marketing business systems with a focus on integration, automation and agile workflows to support the growing needs of the business
    • Identification and execution of scale, automation and process improvement initiatives, using data to show evidence of impact on revenue and profit
    • Create scalable data models that focus on completeness and accuracy of our customer data across all integrated systems
    • Develop a strategic systems roadmap to match future company objective
    • Lead a Systems Admin team that support the implementation and maintenance of the Business Systems, such as Salesforce (CPQ expertise required), Yesware, 6Sense, Marketo
    • Build trusted relationships with vendors and develop a procurement process to secure the best licensing terms possible
    • Develop, select and conduct user training on an as-needed basis to maximize adoption and internal user satisfaction

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

    • 8+ years experience in SaaS/information technology environment, managing business applications
    • Minimum 2 years managing people, preferably as a Director
    • Experience with core technologies: Salesforce, CPQ expertise required, Yesware, 6Sense, Marketo
    • A business-savvy, autonomous, self-motivated leader with aspirations to build and develop a frictionless systems experience
    • Experience in the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of integrated business systems and processes
    • Establishing and maintaining metrics to measure performance of work
    • Proven experience partnering with business system vendors on system implementations and maximizing value
    • Collaborating with departmental domain experts toward successful implementation and adoption
    • Experience with high growth companies going through rapid change/scaling
    • A culture of documentation, rigor, measurement, outcome attainment, agile DNA, combined with a bias for action
