ADP is hiring an Equipment Specialist.

In this role, you will focus on learning the skills necessary to complete the following functions: handle inserting equipment, cut sheet printers and roll feed printers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities


What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Nuvera/Docutech/Versant/Docucolor/Continuous Roll Feed Operations: adding consumables and paper as needed, clearing jams, changing stock, machine overrides, finishing rules.
  • Conduct operator level preventive maintenance on equipment according to schedule.
  • Maintain and monitor Quality Assurance checks on all orders and record all required data and paperwork.
  • Perform as back up on posting, ink-jetting and inserting equipment.
  • Complex Docutech/Nurera/Docucolor Operations: use of batching, multiple tray jobs, calibrations.
  • Operate cutter and binding equipment
  • Complex Docutech/Nuvera/Docucolor Operations: Run a "mixed media job with color and black/white finish, send and run postscript jobs with multiple tray calls, correctly print from a non-standard .pdf, batch sheet memo to file on network, set up inline finishing equipment.
  • Retrieve jobs from external source, produce and report to CSM for billing.
  • Other job duties as needed.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
* High School Diploma/GED Major area of concentration: General Studies, mechanical, trade school and typically less than 1 year experience.
