About the Team
Market Insights designs and implements consumer and stakeholder surveys intended to improve the administration and content of College Board's flagship AP, SAT, and BigFuture programs and myriad other K-12 and Higher Education products and services, as well as consumer research that is used to gauge the interest in and inform the creation of new products. Market Insights also monitors how College Board and its multiple brands are perceived in our overall industry.
About the Opportunity
In the role of Executive Director, Market Insights, you will set the strategy and vision for market and brand research at College Board, and lead the Market Insights team toward executing on that vision. You will deliver quantitative and qualitative market research and analytics to senior leadership and product teams in order to inform business decisions, organizational strategy, and ongoing improvement of programs and services. In this role, you will own, direct, and execute College Board's market intelligence processes to support the achievement of business and mission goals, helping fuel innovation and growth. Finally, you will inspire organizational leaders to take action using the evidence you and your team generate.
