Executive Sous Chef - Full-Time - Rotating - Beverwyck

What you will do:
- The Sous Chef is responsible for creating menu items and food preparation consistent with expectations of restaurant quality meals.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.
- Responsible for opening and closing of kitchen.
- Duties also include general cleaning and maintain sanitation of kitchen.
What you will need:
- Professional Cooking Experience
- Supervisor Experience
- Prior Sous Chef experience preferred
- Restaurant experience in fine dining establishment preferred
- Food preparation specific to special diets
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated
