Job Requirements
- NP or PA license (must have experience in family medicine, including pediatrics)
- Full prescribing ability, including DEA
- 2+ years of independent practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits
Pay Range: $76,000 - $112,000
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
