The Sr. Analyst, Business Modeling (Data Analytics) will design and deliver financial modeling tools and reports to the Commercial, Manufacturing, Parts & Service Finance leadership and functional business Controllers. Pro-actively deliver tools to streamline and improve the accuracy of quarterly/monthly/annual forecasting processes and reporting. Design reports that deliver consistent and accurate financial data with both an ease of execution and provide insightful data analysis to guide and improve the business focus on the key revenue drivers. Assure the reliability and integrity of monthly results in the official CNH financial reporting. Provide monthly report / feedback to the business Controller on the status of the business analyzing actual results against budgets and support ad hoc for market / FP&A management.


  • Provide consistent reporting tools to enable Finance leaders and functional business Controllers to deliver accurate and timely forecast, budget performance and the strategic business plan (SBP)
  • Support the digital acceleration and transformation for NA Finance.
  • Design and implement finance performance analytics using data visualizations software, creating strategic plans with priorities by business including gross margin optimization.
  • Create forecast models at various levels and scenarios (operational, tactical and executive) identifying and proposing solutions on potential issues related to operational/financial plan.
  • Design and implement machine learning prediction models using Python and Microsoft Azure software, focused on key metrics for the business, making recommendations based on data intelligence.
  • Managing data stored in relational databases on the central data lake of the organization, performing ETL processes to use this data for building various visualizations on Qlik Sense.
  • Collect, analyze and report financial data to support managerial decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, supply chain forecasting and specific business performance issues.
  • Evaluate, analyze and assist control of warranty, inbound and outbound freight, SG&A, manufacturing expense, commercial data input (volumes, pricing, market) to product development, trading cash flow generation, mainly focus on inventory, receivables and reserves, and capital expenditure initiative/ investment evaluation.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance and 2+ years professional experience in a business modeling and/or data analytics role is required. Experience using Python and R to design and develop financial forecasting models.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding in all key areas of finance including financial analysis, strong business acumen, knowledge of Hyperion, SAP and experience working in a global, manufacturing Company. Advanced computer end-user skill in excel and proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite product/tools. Passion and drive for results, delivery what you promise. Hands-on, ability to multi-task, detail oriented with ability to see the big picture. Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to make timely, fact based decisions. An extensive amount of independent thinking is required.
