Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilities of the HR Supervisor include but are not limited to the oversight of the full scope of human resources activities including hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, project management, teammate relations, employment laws and regulations including Affirmative Action reporting. This position works closely with the entire leadership team providing counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate must work to have an understanding of our business drivers and work to develop goals that support our business strategy. They must also be a change agent for the company with a focus on continuous improvement and creating an environment for generating innovative ideas. Minimum Qualifications:

•Four-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
•Three years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Three years Human Resource Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP or similar ERP experience.
• PHR Certification.
