* Job Title:* HVAC Technician
* Location:* Position will cover area between Sacramento, Santa Rosa, Vacaville and some other regions
* Salary:* $85k - $95k per year
* Requirements:* 4+ years experience in servicing/installing commercial HVAC units / Experience leading or mentoring HVAC Technicians (Helpful)

- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, contractors, and vendors
What You Will Be Doing - Conduct site assessments, installation and maintenance of air cleaning technology
- Train and mentor technicians to perform satisfactory work
- Resolve technical issues by leading troubleshooting efforts
- Ensure team compliance with departmental policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders - department manager, Project Managers, team members, vendors and subcontractors
- Plan and prepare materials, tools and equipment for jobs
What You Need for this Position - 4+ years experience in servicing/installing commercial HVAC units
- General knowledge of construction, plumbing or electrical
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, contractors, and vendors
- Knowledge of lead and asbestos
- Valid Drivers License with safe driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
