Provides administrative, financial, managerial and/or operational oversight for Industry Alliance and technology development initiatives; assures successful integration of initiatives in alignment with the overall strategic plan for Technology Transfer and Roswell Park and in support of and aligned to the Institute-wide strategic plan for technology development and commercialization.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time healthcare experience or business experience, including two (2) years in a lead, supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have at least 8 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry evaluating, and advancing the development of drugs and oncology therapies, a bachelors degree or higher in a relevant science (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, etc.), experience as the lead interface between industry and academic partners regarding the development of a drug or therapy, and working knowledge of oncology, including immunology.
