The Hospitality Inside Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers to provide product and service offerings and establish sales revenue.

Maintaining ongoing relationships with Independent and Brand-named hotels will be a priority, in addition account management requirements include: Salesforce maintenance, order entry, and quota attainment.

What will you do?

• 
  You will generate sales by calling on prospective and current customers.
  
• 
  You will maintain and manage account records by logging daily activities, emails and opportunities through Salesforce.
  
• 
  You will create a minimum of 5 opportunities per month with a sales cycle.
  
• 
  You will work open order report daily through Sales Connect system.
  
• 
  You will support all customer needs including credits, concerns, quotes, samples and orders in a professional and timely manner.
  
• 
  You will work towards setting up at least one new independent property account every month.
  
• 
  You will focus on increasing sales by attending internal product training and presenting new products offering to customer base.
  
• 
  You will increase sheeting and terry sales with the established Days Inn Canada program.
  
  

Qualifications Include:

• 
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
  
• 
  2+ years inside sales experience
  
• 
  Account management experience preferred
  
• 
  CRM Database (Salesforce), JD Edwards Enterprise One Software experience preferred
  
• 
  Required: Intermediate MS Office experience
