What You'll Do

  • Lead the technical approach for cloud integration capabilities and provide oversight across multiple projects, working directly with both client and Slalom teams.
  • Conduct and lead white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings building strong client relationships.Play a leading role in the creation/enhancement of integration platform solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, processes and proof of concepts (POCs) to generate new integration offerings.
  • Own complete lifecycle of delivery including architecture, design, development, test, and documentation of integration, custom development, and data migration solutions for business applications in the CRM, ERP, HCM domains.
  • Will advise client and Slalom teams on best practices (data platform options, security, release management, governance, performance, etc.) and advances in technologies.Go-to person for most complex application integration/transformation problems.
  • Mentor Integration team members to help them achieve maximum potential.Manage the staffing and performance feedback processes for direct reports.
  • You will help support, develop, and expand new capabilities throughout the region, which will require future travel.
  • Lend expertise and/or lead solutioning for pursuits in your region.
What You'll Bring
  • Integration architecture subject matter expertise and experience delivering complex solutions in an agile team-based environment using MuleSoft, Boomi,Apigee,Workato or other middleware solutions such as IBM, BEA, Oracle, Tibco.
  • History of planning and designing successful integration platforms.Provide solution oversight of complex workstreams.
  • Demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of data integration patterns and approaches (APIs, Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, EDA, Streaming, etc.)
  • Knowledgeof integrationcapabilitiesofapplications like Salesforce, Workday, SAP,Netsuite, Service Now, Dynamics, etc.
  • Design and development experience with highly-available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems. Deep understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
  • Specialization in enterprise information solution architecture, design, and development - consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading pre-sales activities such as leading business development presentations, writing SOWs, and closing business.
