Job Description
- Perform x amount of cycle counts per business day at the Sharonville facility,
- Respond to urgent inventory issues or counts.
- Learning all inventory control functions in D365
- Troubleshoot, solve, and find the root cause for all inventory issues and discrepancies
- Reduce on hand inventory through min/max adjustments.
- Work with sales, PLMs and quality to reduce stagnant inventory.
- Work with accounting to ensure integrity of inventory valuation.
- Provide reports on inventory (usage, turns, etc...)
- One to two years of Warehouse Experience
- Be able to operate a Forklift
- Ability to lift up to 50 Pounds
- Maintain regular attendance requirements
- Ability to make decisions, set priorities, remain self-motivated and motivate others in the absence of direct oversight.
- Honest, trustworthy, and trusting, delivers on commitments.
- Strong sense of urgency
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
