We're seeking an Applications Support Technician to join our Systems & Programming team, providing technical support for third-party software used by Operations teams. You'll have the chance to collaborate with business partners on projects of varying size and complexity, all while working with a stable, family-owned, people-oriented company that's been in business since 1926.

As the Applications Support Technician, you'll work directly with Super Users, Power Users, department PC Liaisons, Leaders, Programmers, and third-party liaisons to provide technical support for primary and specialized third-party applications. You'll evaluate and test current and emerging applications, determine the best possible approach for upgrades, and troubleshoot daily issues to identify long-term solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications for the role include at least an associate degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, or a related field, 3+ years of related business experience, and a high-level of Structured Query Language knowledge. You'll also need to be a team player with strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning, and you must be willing to work outside of normal business hours as needed.

This hybrid position is based at our headquarters in Monroe, WI, and you'll work onsite Tuesday - Thursday and may work remotely most Mondays and Fridays.
