Responsibilities

This position is responsible for:

• Management of moles and rats' transgenic facilities.
• Weaning animals and genotyping them.
• Performing lab management tasks such as ordering, record-keeping, filing, mixing solutions and cleaning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Psychology or Chemistry.

• Good communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred

• Experience working with rodents.

Anticipated Salary Range

Anticipated $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time.

Criminal Background Check

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
