Pharmacist ensures the safe effective and financially responsible use of medications by providing optimal drug product selection dosage regimen design effective administration and drug therapy monitoring services in the Medical Center.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D required
Experience: No experience required
Licensure: Virginia State Board of Pharmacy License. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires standing for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20lbs. May be exposed to chemicals.
