Coral Gables law office seeks a full time paralegal/legal secretary. Firm specializes in Family Law. Must have at least 1+ years of experience in Family Law. E-filing and E-scheduling knowledge is required. Candidate must be detailed oriented, dependable, organized, efficient, self-motivated, punctual, able to take initiative, be able to multi-task, professional, good phone skills, and computer savvy. Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
Primary duties include:
- Support three attorneys
- E-File pleadings with the Court and E-Serve opposing counsel;
- Schedule hearings(online and by calling judicial assistants);
- Schedule depositions and mediations (Coordinating with other parties, court reporter, etc.)
- Maintain and update calendar;
- Organize and maintain client files.
