Learns and performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions.
Receives training and performs duties in several departments to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
Education, Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:
Bachelors degree required.
5 to 7 years of experience required.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations; assists less experienced peers.

Duties will be assigned and will vary depending on education and goals of the Management Trainee and business need at that time.
Sitting, standing, walking, and ability to travel. Primarily office environment but will also include some manufacturing shop environment.
