Position Overview

The Manager IT Enterprise Solutions is responsible for the SAP global template and peripheral global enterprise application solutions across multiple end to end processes. The role will collaborate with the global and regional key stakeholders to assess and anticipate business functions' related demands and act as a change agent, effectively managing the global SAP Center of Excellence (COE) activities for multiple E2E areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess work that needs to be done within an E2E area. Provides overall direction and oversight to the solution design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of solutions for areas of responsibility

• Work with Business functions to identify opportunities for developing and enhancing SAP and other global application related solutions
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to set priorities for delivering change requests within an E2E area
• Guide team members through the evaluation of business requirements and translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Govern all SAP process related and technical changes within the E2E area
• During SAP deployment projects manage cross-team integration and develop the cutover strategy and approach in coordination with the PMO (Project Management Office), business leads and COE peers
• Facilitate the development of and contribute to the management of risk mitigation plans for the global SAP landscape
• Point of escalation for production and project related issues; works to resolve solution issues
• Partner with business functions' teams to develop and improve mechanisms/processes that support day-to-day use of applications and tools,
• Ensure adherence to organization and project standards,

• Develop internal reporting and presentations for senior management in conjunction with business functional teams
• Responsible for all personnel management activities including but not limited to performance reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, IT, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Experience leading the analysis and design of Enterprise applications and solutions
• Deep experience with end to end design in Design-to-Deploy (D2D) and Plan-to-Ship (P2S) SAP modules
• Integration of SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• 5+ years IT project management experience
• 5+ years SAP configuration experience
• Experience leading 2 or more full life cycle SAP implementations of which at least one has been an S/4HANA implementation or migration
• Global experience - working with teams in diverse locations across multiple time zones
• Experience managing geographically distributed direct reports
• Experience managing multiple IT projects for customers across various functional areas
• Have worked project management and business partnership capacities
• Proven working knowledge of Agile methodology a plus
• Demonstrated ability to influence business and IT organizations on direction and prioritization of solutions
• Proven working knowledge with SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise applications and web technologies.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and testing skills, troubleshooting skills and experience with numerous environments and architectures
• Proven working knowledge of the SDLC models/methodologies, IT systems and their direct implementation to enterprise application projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills including the ability to work with and support diverse teams, colleagues, and business clients with a variety of styles and technical knowledge
• Short- and long-term strategic visioning capabilities
• Positive, flexible, open-minded approach
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization including executive leadership

Location Profile

Novelis' Global Corporate Headquarters is located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta Georgia and employs approximately 250 people. It is co-located with Novelis' North America regional office which employs approximately 225 people.
