Manager IT - Financial Technology

Blue Cross of Idaho is looking for an IT leader to manage a team of engineers responsible for planning, developing, and deploying solutions for corporate enterprise systems including ERP systems and ancillary internally facing technology environment. This Manager will work with leaders, business analysts, architects, product owners and project managers to deliver and operate innovative solutions to manage finance and workforce technology.

The role has flexibility to work onsite in our Meridian Idaho campus and/or hybrid location (onsite Meridian Idaho + work-from-home). #LI-Hybrid

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent international degree, of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Science, or IT related/relevant field of study; or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

Required Experience: 5/+ years' related IT experience to include SAAS, on-prem solutions, and full life-cycle solution management of technology solutions, with time spent (3/+ years) leading technical teams responsible for deploying and integrating solutions across environments. Experience in Healthcare insurance industry and Workday ERP/other ERP solutions deployed in a large corporate environment is preferred. Experience ideally also includes:
