We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who is eager to join our established yet still growing company!

What You Need for this Position 1+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (Aerospace/Defense industry preferred)
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering
Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred
Knowledge of ASME standards preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to solve unique and complex technical problems
Experience with Microsoft products including Windows 7, Word, Excel, etc.
What You Will Be Doing Plan, design and implement manufacturing processes and propose improvements
Determine tools/parts needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications
Examine workflow operation and layout of equipment
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Evaluate new and existing processes to ensure safety and quality
Provide design for manufacturing input to the design engineering team
Review assembly, test procedures, and provide productive feedback to the product design team Research and present recommendations for cost saving opportunities
Support initiatives to attain customer return reduction, capitalize project timelines, MRB reduction, YOY productivity improvements, and direct labor variance reduction
