CUMULUS MEDIA | KLIF-FM Dallas is searching for an experienced Full-Time Morning Show Co-host / Producer. Our ideal candidate lives a "CHR" lifestyle, understands what makes great content, works well with others, is self-motivated and highly organized while being able to work in a fast-faced environment while under pressure. Experience with CHR / Rhythmic format is helpful, but not required. Must be available to work nights, weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to...collaborating with show host & program director to curate content, working with the host/guests during the show, daily show planning, organizing content, ensuring the morning show runs on-time, and scheduling guests. You will need to be an expert at social media, be capable of shooting and editing video, and recording/editing audio. Knowledge of Adobe Audition is preferred. While this position does include on-air interaction, it is not the major component of this position. It's best to view this as an elevated, on-air producer position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming daily content creation, segment idea generation, and complete show prep compilation while collaborating on and compiling the daily show run sheet
• On-air show support of host, including phone screening, audio editing and social posting
• Daily podcast editing & posting to distribution platforms
• Maintaining & updating show webpages and blogs
• Providing liaison to sales department and answering sales requests
• Performing weekend air shift
• Opportunity for on-air endorsements and paid appearances
• Other projects & initiatives as assigned by show hosts and or program director
• An understanding of music scheduling or a strong desire to learn is extremely helpful, but not required

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years' commercial radio experience preferred
• Proficient with studio software including VoxPro, Adobe Audition and on-air automation systems (OpX preferred)
• Strong abilities at both audio & video editing and production
• Knowledge of PPM ratings strategies and implementation
• Experience with posting audio, video, text, blogs, and graphics to website platform
• Experience with TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and all social media platforms and understand of social media strategy implementation
• Knowledge of pop entertainment culture
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Tolerance for stress and tight timelines, including ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be comfortable in working with high profile talent, and approaching talent and Program Director with your ideas
