The Occupational Medicine Coordinator will provide administrative support to Everside On-Site Medical Clinics. Complete audits performed in clinics to identify opportunity for improvement, provide daily helpdesk technical support calls from Providers and train/oversee Occupational Medicine Providers/Staff in our participating clinics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in clinical records information systems and coding methodologies;
  • Prepares reports for management concerning scope of audit and conditions found;
  • Review original data to detect deficiencies;
  • Maintain confidentiality of patients and their records;
  • Serve as alternate in office support for Clinic Operations training team in the event that the primary is unavailable;
  • Coordinate logistics/deliveries of supplies when requested;
  • Complete Audits as Required.
  • Coordinate and train clients who purchase Occupational Medicine Program;
  • Order and set up necessary accounts with Laboratory vendors for clients with Drug Screening Programs;
  • Excellent technical knowledge of and troubleshooting abilities for EMR (Electronic Medical Record) ECW
  • Independently research, troubleshoot and resolve Provider issues;
  • Ability to accept Provider calls for majority of workday;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with support team to ensure Providers receive timely service;
  • Ability to provide total call ownership to include handling our Providers, escalating issues as appropriate and providing follow up;
  • Familiar in UDS process, Breath Alcohol testing, CAOHC, occupational health surveillance programs.
  • Ability to use telephone system, computer, printer, fax machine;
  • Ability to work in climate-controlled office environment;

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years Occupational Medicine Experience
  • Ability to easily establish rapport and relationships;
  • Must have strong attention to detail;
  • Proactive solution oriented;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and high volume of activities;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize well;
  • Good Communication skills;
  • Technical understanding of employee benefits, insurance products and concepts;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Must be a self-starter, assertive, enthusiastic, self-directed and people oriented;
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism in communications and relationships with patients, clients, co-workers, Everside Health corporate leadership and support staff, employers, prospects, vendors, and carriers;
  • Ability to work in field environments from time to time;
  • Ability to participate in client meetings, on occasion, in a variety of
  • Ability to sit at desk in office location during the work day;
  • Ability to travel to and from client and vendor sites;
  • Ability to travel commercially by common carrier if necessary;
  • Ability to lift at least 20 (twenty) lbs.

Salary Range: $21 - $26/hour
