Responsibilities

The Coor Occupational Medicine reports to the ADPO/DPO Operations and works closely with the Practice Managers for Occupational Medicine.• Engages in sales and business development efforts of Wellstar's Occupational Medicine and Population Health products and services in the local markets with a focus on businesses, industries and payer networks that may utilize or refer program services.• Develops and retains referrals from local employers to increase Occupational Medicine clients in both the Lagrange and metro Atlanta markets and grows business among existing clients.• Providing and presenting data analytics, visualizations and actionable insight to clients.• Serves as a liaison between the Occupational Medicine practices, West Georgia Medical Center and the client.

Required Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent from accredited program required.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or public health administration.

Required Minimum License: N/ARequired Minimum Certification: N/A

Required Minimum Experience: 3+ years of progressive healthcare sales experience in a multi-site healthcare organization. Employer health field preferred.

Required Minimum Skills:• Ability to research, understand and explain healthcare services' volume, utilization and market data• Possesses the ability to interact with and gain the confidence of a wide variety of people in the business community as well as within various local organizational entities.• Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively through written communication• Familiar with workers' compensation laws.• Knowledge of big employers in the market and remain current on industry in the marketplace
