Job Title: Operations Admin & Analyst

Job Summary:

This role would include triaging our customer service line which fields calls and emails from Goodyear/ IRG for preventative maintenance, repairs, and onsite work needed. The OAA would prioritize and assign work; executing special projects/assignments; and responding to emergency spill containment and clean-up calls.

This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS Software (IFS) as it would include administrative functions of these programs.

This role is the front facing arm of our operation, customer service is a must!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Receive, assign work order number and classification codes, record and distribute work requests to appropriate building supervisors (includes all Trouble Calls, Repairs, and work orders for Janitorial, Ground services, etc.).

    Dispatch work orders, relay messages and special instructions to the building supervisors.

    Answer client/customer inquiries relative to the activities of the project when the information required can be supplied from project knowledge or can be located in office files, records or databases.

    Perform controlled administrative functions into Emcorvia and IFS system to ensure accurate, up-to-date information within the system. Supply timely and accurate data and administration of PCards to the project manager, maintenance manager, and maintenance supervisors to ensure project compliance. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory performance of service via phone, or e-mail.

    Perform all other administrative, duties as assigned, to assist with the large volume of work processing through the system.

    Reviews current site IT processes with team and identifies "best in class" ways to implement

    Minimum Requirements:
      Education

      High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

      Business Experience

      8+ Yrs of Customer Service

      8+ Yrs of proficient IT Experience

      8+ Yrs Work Place Organizational Experience

      Licenses/Certifications

      Valid State Driver's License

      Language Skills

      Strong Customer Service background and interpersonal skills

      Technical Qualifications & Skills

      Proficient with Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK).

      Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet development.

      Minimum of 5 yrs experience working with CMMS systems
