Responsibilities

  • Process timely and accurate payroll and associated tasks including time and attendance, new hires/terminations, W-2's, pay statements, W-4's, etc. Maintain accurate data in data bases. Provide customer service to include providing timely and accurate documents including various management reports, verification of employment, etc. Reviews payroll documentation for accuracy through audit reports and makes any necessary adjustments.
  • Reviews and computes wages, and corrects errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings and that all changes to payroll are processed correctly.
  • Ensures deductions are accurate
  • Handles unemployment claims administration, responding to claims filed
  • Review and audit master file and pay data entries, YTD totals, and file amendments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters.
  • Audit experience
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred
